As a (Senior) HR Business Partner, you constantly provide solicited and unsolicited advice to our managers and the MT at tactical and strategic HR level. In addition, you prefer to work in a dynamic, fast-growing and driven organization.
- Proactively advising managers and MT of the companies on HR issues at tactical and strategic level;
- Identifying improvements and initiating them with the MTs of the companies and with the HR Director;
- Contributing to the further professionalization of HR processes and policies;
- Independently drafting, delivering and/or checking HR policy, draft letters, regulations, agreements, templates, text proposals;
- Point of contact and advisor in the field of leave and absenteeism;
- Advisory contact with managers on second-line and specialist or complex issues regarding inflow, throughflow and outflow;
- Coaching and guiding the HR Officer(s);
- Harmonize and centralize HR policy where possible and desirable.
- A completed HBO or WO education with preference for a Human Resource Management background;
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner;
- Preferably experience within business services;
- Current basic knowledge of labor law;
- Good command of the Dutch and English language.
