Our client is a leader in the engineering solutions industry servicing a multitude of clients across Chemical, Automotive, Oil & Gas and many more industries. This is a local position in charge of supporting the local businesses with more than 1,700 headcounts. You will report directly into the HR Director and be in charge of the end to end HR Operations excellence.
- Oversees and delivers HR services including outsourced payroll, mobility administration, employee lifecycle, benefits administration and helpdesk services.
- Leads, mentors and inspires a team to deliver quality and timely HR services that meet end user requirements.
- Pursues service optimisation through self-service opportunities, outsourcing, workflow enhancement and automation while ensuring a balance between optimisation and user experience.
- Collaborates with internal partners to deliver seamless services.
- Maintains compliance to internal and external regulatory and control requirements.
- Represents HR Shared Services in audit activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of strong HR operations experience, preferably within MNC environment with matrix structure and shared services leadership exposure.
- Sound knowledge of local employment laws and related regulations.
- Strong working experience of HR services in connection with HRIS and related IT systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong employee service focus and aptitude.
- Strong analytical skills to dissect cross-services operational issues and develop resolutions.
- Understanding of value stream mapping or other optimisation methodology will be preferred
