  • Safeguard the employee database by ensuring compliance, data integrity, and security.

  • Develop operational and tactical execution plans for the implementation of new policies.
  • Introduce enhancements and process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Participate in HR digitization projects.
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands on experience with SAP system.
  • A strong grasp of human resources policies, practices, and benefits.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently, with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
