To oversee the delivery of core HR services, including payroll, benefits, employee service center, and data management, ensuring compliance, efficiency and accurate operations. The jobholder will optimise employee experience across the organisation through strategic leadership, data-driven analysis, continuous improvement and innovation in Shared Services in collaboration with various stakeholders.

  • Manage and optimise core HR processes such as payroll, benefits, employee service center and data management ensuring compliance, efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of HR Service Centre by leading a team of HR Generalists to enable delivery of HR services such as policy clarification, facilitate employment visa/EID renewal, medical insurance enrolment, letter issuance, and develop and monitor KPIs, periodic reports to identify opportunities to enhance employee experience.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure the team delivers exceptional service and continuously develop their skills.
  • Utilise HR technology systems effectively to automate tasks, improve data accuracy, and facilitate self-service options to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of shared services operations.
  • Actively partner with HR cross functions to resolve employee inquiries, provide HR guidance, and support business needs effectively.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of and adherence to employment laws, data privacy regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant labor law and regulations.
  • Develop and implement budget plans for the shared services function, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and employee experience.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar is required.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior HR shared services role
  • Proven track record of optimizing HR processes and driving efficiency
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions like payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HR technology and data management tools
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
