Our client is an American multinational corporation with a presence in over 100 countries. Singapore is their regional headquarters for the APAC region. Leading a team, this role focuses on Singapore’s portfolio and heads the local shared services function.

• Supervise and oversee the provision of HR services, encompassing outsourced payroll, mobility administration, employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and helpdesk support.
• Assume a leadership role, guiding, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated team to consistently deliver HR services that align with end-user needs and expectations.
• Drive the pursuit of service optimization by exploring self-service opportunities, outsourcing options, workflow enhancements, and automation, all while maintaining a delicate balance between optimization and user satisfaction.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with business units to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with both internal and external regulatory and control requirements.
• Represent HR Shared Services during audit activities to uphold accountability and transparency.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ in HR with strong experience in operations / shared services and leading a team.
• Good knowledge of local employment laws and related regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to dissect cross-services operational issues and develop resolutions.
