Wates Group are looking for an experienced Senior HR Operations Manager to join our HR team in Wates Property Services based out of our Finsbury Park office.
The purpose of our Senior HR Operations Manager is to have and lead on the responsibility for the end-to-end management of employee lifecycle processes, ensuring efficiency and data quality across all areas, identifying, and acting on areas of continuous process improvement.
- Lead an efficient and effective HR Operations team that is knowledgeable, competent and well – motivated. Developing and empowering the team to take ownership of customers and objectives by advising, coaching, and upskilling constantly striving for improvement.
- Drive the delivery of an exceptional HR Operations service provision which consistently delivers key transactional HR activities accurately. Work closely with the team to drive working at pace and with tenacity instilling a culture of change, sustainability, and fast adoption of innovative ideas.
- Manage and oversee the administration of accurate monthly instructions to payroll, resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
- Constantly review current HR processes and services sharing innovative solutions and identifying efficient and effective improvements. Support and lead improvement initiatives and internal project work.
We are looking for you to have experience of working in a busy HR Shared Service environment with a detailed understanding of the employee life cycle and associated processes covering recruitment, induction, absence management, family leave annual reward cycle and termination.
