We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and experienced Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our London-Notting Hill office, part-time (3 days a week).

  • You will oversee all operational and strategic HR related matters, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Personnel Development.
  • We are a lean and international organization with the aim of significantly growing our business within the next 2-3 years. The HQ in London also functions as a Shared Service Center for the US, and our small team in Austria.
  • Our people are key to us, and so is the importance of this newly created role. You will work very closely with the Board of the Group, by
    • Help spotting the best talents for supporting our growth path,
    • Managing our annual staff conference and appraisal process, and
    • Bringing Human Resource so the next level.
  • We expect you to have at least five years of relevant experience, in a similar role; kitchen, A&D, or construction sector is of advantage, but not a prerequisite.
  • You must have a clear understanding of how to identify and attract top talent in today’s competitive market.
  • Willingness to excel in an international environment. We are a diverse team, delivering projects globally and require a “can-do” attitude.
  • IT-literate, pro-active communicator, out-of-the box thinker, and team-player,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (with German being a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Effective, and emotionally intelligent forms of communication are vital.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
