Gemdale Smart Service was established in 1993. It is a platform under Gemdale Group that provides property management services, assets and customer resource operations.
- Responsible for improving the HRSSC operation system and participating in the design and implementation of expansion sharing plans;
- Responsible for the statistics and analysis of HRSSC business operation data, and provide business optimization and improvement suggestions based on the analysis conclusions;
- Responsible for statistics and analysis of data related to the human resources system, and visualization based on the analysis conclusions;
- Responsible for HRSSC brand building and publicity production, and enhance SSC brand awareness and reputation.
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of HRSSC related work experience, experience in building, operating and promoting shared service centers;
- Have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to use resources to promote project implementation, and establish mechanisms to promote work;
- Have HR digital thinking and be proficient in data statistics and analysis tools;
- Have good writing skills, be able to make promotional posters, and be proficient in using Photoshop and other image editing software is preferred.
