As our new delivery lead, you will join our IT Scalability Programme, where we implement the next generation of shared IT services and infrastructure that is required for enabling the scaling of Novo Nordisk. Here you will be driving one of the projects – implementing a new zero-trust architecture and new data classification mode, aiming to enhanced data security by requiring strict identity verification. By doing so, you will be responsible for ensuring an enhanced data security, through functional cyber monitoring tools, regardless of location and network connections. In order words, you will have a vital role in ensuring Novo Nordisk continued digital expansion ensuring a real difference, for real people.
In your new role, you will be co-working with the theme owner (owning the outcome) and theme delivery lead and be responsible for execution, structure, and organizing the day-to-day activities. Likewise, you will be using your experience in data security and understanding of ZeroTrust to ensure progress, clear direction, and viable results for the programme and across Novo Nordisk. To achieve this, you will need to deploy your IT project management toolbox, successfully manage the themes to deliver the optimal outcome.
- Mobilise, organise, and execute the theme through sub-projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with the theme’s objectives.
- Define and manage roadmap for Zero Trust in collaboration with domain experts, ensuring that Zero Trust solutions including a Zero Trust governance model, is implemented effectively and with a high level of adoption.
- Successfully manage projects, using appropriate tools and techniques, with key focus on maximising outcome while keeping deadlines and managing the theme’s budget across sub-projects and initiatives.
- Implement Zero Trust change management and communication strategies in a complex stakeholder landscape.
- Managing a team of 10-20, where you will resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies within the theme, ensuring a strong and high preforming team behaviour.
To be successful in the role, we imagine that you has +4 years of relevant large IT project management experience (+20mDKK/yr) within in a large or complex organisation like Novo Nordisk.
Likewise, we believe that you will be able to tick the following boxes:
- Previous experience within implementation of projects within field of security preferably with ZeroTrust.
- An initiative mindset, strong drive, and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills as you will be guiding and challenging your colleagues when needed, as well interact with stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Strong abilities, as you will be conveying complex information clearly both verbally and in writing, taking a tactical approach.
- Experience with the SAFe framework and GxP, will be an added advantage.
