- End-to-end responsibility for the responsible service of the Unified Communication service package across the entire lifecycle
- Management, control and coordination of a virtual team, including through regular service team meetings regarding quality, service level and productivity
- Responsible for initiating and coordinating corrective measures in the event of deviating service parameters
- Design and transition of new/changed services derived from market and customer requirements
- Responsible for calculating and controlling service-related costs
- Completed studies or comparable training in the field of business and/or computer science
- Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience as well as good knowledge of managing on-premise and cloud-based collaboration solutions from market leaders
- Training and further education in the areas of project management, ITIL and agile methods, preferably in the area of SCRUM
- High level of customer orientation and ability to work in a team, above-average initiative and willingness to change and work hard
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German
