• Review, preparation and negotiation of contracts, especially for the areas of purchasing, IT and production
• Practical legal advice to internal stakeholders in compliance with applicable company policies and laws
• Development and maintenance of contract management processes and systems and training of employees
• Monitoring of current legal developments and industry trends and independent management of projects
• cooperation with external legal advisors

• Fully qualified lawyer with at least two satisfactory state examinations and admission as (in-house) lawyer
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment
• Experienced in contract review and negotiation, ideally in the areas of purchasing, IT and production
• Committed, communicative and self-motivated as well as a strong solution and practice orientation
• Structured and careful working methods and strong negotiating skills
• Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and dealing with people
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
