Our Legal and Compliance Solutions team is looking for Senior Manager who can Independently manage existing and onboard new Programs/projects; develop, support, and provide strategic input for all compliance solutions, aligned with various divisions/functions, cross functional teams and vendors particularly relating rollout of strategic projects. Support operations with disclosure requirements.
- Serve as a focal point of contact for all projects and create strong partnership (with colleagues and stakeholders) to add value by providing consultation on delivery progress. Prepares and coordinates with Global, Regional as well as Country stakeholders for compliance projects and manage day-to-day deliverables as assigned
- Project Management: Establishes project management office and provides end to end project management.
- Provide subject matter expertise, support and consultation to colleagues on the needs as per the defined parameters of the project. Collaborate with the global stakeholders across regions to support and ensure coordination of activities to deliver according to expectations. Translate demands into a portfolio of new project/solutions. This includes negotiation and mediation between business and IT to find pragmatic solutions.
- Accountable for operational executions of their projects and facilitate change via technology or continuous improvement. Ensure quality control (QC) checks for the assigned projects/deliverable to meet Client expectations
- Works closely with various stakeholders and design deliverable and a comprehensive derivable plan. Ensure timely, efficient, high quality delivery for projects and activities
- Drive end to end and cross functional thinking in all new project
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree
- Experience in Project Management; Prior working experience on IT projects is needed (Tool enhancements, Onboarding countries to global solutions)
- Agile/PMP certified
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt
- Experience in Stakeholder Management
- 10-12 years of overall work experience with a leading Organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with operational issues/management
