• Participating in annual budget planning for donations and disbursements.
• Establishing and maintaining a robust contract management process.
• Reviewing and improving agreement templates to ensure compliance with policies.
• Managing exceptions and providing guidance to minimize deviations.
• Ensuring the ERP system accurately reflects business processes and is well-documented.
• Reviewing management information templates and addressing issues promptly.
• Managing customer reporting requirements and responding to feedback.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for organizational goals.
• Coordinating with teams on daily operations and project activities.
• Supporting special projects and providing advice to senior management.

• Graduate or post-graduate education, with professional qualifications in accounting or management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, transaction processing, and mutual funds.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and database management.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience of 10-15 years in transaction processing or shared services, preferably in leadership roles.
• Background in financial control, compliance, risk management, and project management.
