• Development of new shared service products / CoE accounting services as well as customer-oriented further development and optimization of the existing product portfolio in collaboration with management
• Development of strategies to attract new internal customers for the services offered
• Maintaining customer relationships with our internal stakeholders (in particular Group Accounting, the business units as well as Group Tax and Group Finance) and developing strategies to continuously improve services
• Preparation of SLA negotiations and support of management during these discussions
• Coordination of the onboarding of new corporate customers together with the internal departments
• Economic optimization of the product portfolio and corresponding pricing strategies together with the commercial function and the management
• Preparation of decision templates for management and the SVP Group Accounting
• Management of projects in the area of ​​shared services / CoE accounting, for example when introducing new products, optimizing products or internal process optimization
• Rollout of the E.ON Business System (EBS) and other New Work concepts for continuous improvement within society
• Management of special projects

• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics/business administration with a focus on accounting
• Strong conceptual skills and independent way of working, proven by successfully completing a doctoral degree or comparable qualification
• Several years (min. 7 years), holistic professional experience in the accounting & reporting environment in various roles and functions
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in managing complex, group-wide accounting projects
• in-depth accounting expertise that allows us to develop creative product solutions for customers’ accounting challenges
• Experience in the finance and tax environment, project-related or through relevant career stages
• Self-responsible and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of independence and assertiveness
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with strong customer orientation
• Ability to communicate sensitively with top management functions (including CFOs, management, accounting managers)
• Strong problem-solving skills and facilitation skills
• Profound network in the group’s finance functions and ability to build trusting customer relationships
• Strong openness to new things (open-mindedness) and drive to implement changes (change-maker mentality)
• Affinity for digitalization and the development of structured processes and IT systems, very high level of process and system understanding
• High self-motivation, strong teamwork skills and reliability
• Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
• Confident use of MS Office
• Willingness to undertake occasional, multi-day business trips to the locations or to our corporate customers
