We are hiring for great teammate who wants to work for our iconic brand! With this role you will join awesome team of Business Service Operations (BSO) in LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (LMV).

• This role will be working temporarily at LEGO temporary office in District 1, HCMC (shuttle bus is provided from Bien Hoa, Binh Duong to the office) and be relocated to Binh Duong in 2024.

This senior manager role will be mainly (but not exclusive) responsible of:

• Leadership & development of current team consisting of Accounting Specialists and Recruitment Support/ Employee Service Specialists
• Local Stakeholder Management
• Net Promoter Score
• Capacity planning, productivity in collaboration with Asia Pacific (APAC) Regional Stream Leader’s (input from Global Streams)
• Daily operations support

Do you have what it takes?

• Prefer candidates with Master’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent working experience & preferably within BSO areas
• Excellent command of English & Vietnamese
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience leading multi functional & multicultural teams, with the ability to motivate and engage employees in building a high performing and service oriented culture for complex processes on Finance & HR, including knowledge of systems, all of this to support the business
• Proven ability of great communication & collaboration skills and excellent stakeholder management internally and externally
• 5-8 years of professional experience within broader human resources/ finance area demonstrating profound process and functional knowledge from a similar position typically in shared services
• Shared Service Experience, leading multi operational centers/team, with multi cultural environments
• International experience from a multinational company, especially from manufacturing industry is a preference
• Experience of working and driving a highly collaborative environment in a global setting, while delivering locally, & promoting coherence and the end-to-end perspective
• HR/Accounting qualifications
• Effective communication, both to team, leadership
• Work under various operating systems and processes
• Structured, and collaborative mindset
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully in a pragmatic working day
• Project management experience
• Continuous improvement mindset & proven process improvement on a service center context
• Strong Business acumen, understanding how business work, and how BSO plays a critical role for the LEGO Group on process optimization and value add on scalability, productivity to mention a few
