- Drive the Company towards future readiness and continuously embed differentiating capabilities in finance function.
- Lead the relationship & management with finance Shared Services organisation
- Lead continuous improvement agenda for the organization.
- Define & implement robust governance.
- Drive excellence across the finance function
- Maintain a clear & current financial system strategy including innovation agenda.
- Drive large projects such as Finance Transformation
- Define, develop & own all strategic finance initiative roadmap
- Lead the relationship & management with finance Shared Services organization
- Designs & manages the shared services organization, including location, scope of services.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA with 10-15 years of experience in managing & leading finance operations & continuous improvement of the finance & accounting function
- Experience in dealing with external finance partners like banks, shared services
- Board management expertise
- Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills
- Change management, Conflict management & driving issue resolution
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
