This is a key role within our Japan marketing team and the core responsibility of the role is to:
- Lead the development and delivery of digital marketing activities that drive
- Direct revenue performance
- Enhance awareness, and
- Engage with our target audience.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years progressive experience with demonstrated commercial success in Marketing and Digital in Japan and multinational organizations
- Experience in building and leading highly-effective globally-dispersed teams and inspiring teams to achieve challenging agendas
- Proven experience in digital marketing in Japan
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytic tools (Eg Google and Adobe Analytics), SEO/SEM strategies and content management systems
- Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms and online advertising
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
- Leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and collaborating across departments
- Deep understanding of hospitality or large global businesses
- Exceptional communication skills
- Creative thinker and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Japanese and English
