Responsible for leading the GSC priorities and implementation of activities related to Employee Engagement (including Employee and HR Communications & employer Branding) and HR awards – in line with business needs, HR strategy, industry best practices and budgets.
- Together with the Global Head of HR, define the GSC strategic priorities for Employee Engagement, Employer Branding and HR awards in alignment with DGFF Global priorities & GSC business requirements.
- Represent GSC in the DGFF Engagement & Employer Branding related calls. Provide feedback on any GCS specific challenges/suggestions to global and cascade information from global to the respective centers.
- Develop a governance structure with the GSC centers to align and consistently drive the implementation of the priorities and initiatives under Employee Engagement
- Identify and resolve pain points/concerns related to employee engagement and motivation; Recommend solutions and best practice initiatives/mechanisms to address the same.
- Identify external and internal best practices to drive employee engagement “moments that matter” and engaging employee experiences.
- Define an Employee Engagement approach including global initiatives & projects that align to the EE priorities. Implement Engagement plans and processes to increase employee engagement.
- Responsible for the Employee Communication framework, channels and specifically for the Employee Engagement, Well-being, and Recognition related agenda (HR News, Appreciation Week, Employee of the Year, HAWB programs etc.).
- Responsible for the end to end roll out of the annual Employee Opinion Survey. Make recommendations based on EOS data analysis to enhance employee motivation and productivity and implement related follow up projects and initiatives.
- Own and coordinate the Great Place to Work, and other employer awards. Support centers to analyse the results and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholders:
- Convince other subject matter experts to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
- Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g., external service providers.
- Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with global & center experts.
- Understand key stakeholders interests and concerns and provide advice/guidance.
- Provide technical guidance to Center HR experts on EE process & tools.
Management Responsibility:
- Individual contributor who can lead and influence in a matrix environment.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years relevant professional experience in Marketing or Communications or HR (preferably employee engagement and brand)
- Business understanding and project management experience.
- Strong creative skills with practical experience in utilizing digital tools and platforms for enhancing employee engagement and communications. This includes familiarity with video and design editing software, content management systems, and social media platforms used for internal/external communications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong conceptual skills with ability to work hands on and implement initiatives.
- Ability to work on multiple projects/deliverables.
- Ability to work independently with high integrity.
- Effective in working in a matrix organization.
