As a senior manager financial controlling you will lead the team that is responsible for the financial controlling of the markets in DACHIT: Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 financial accountants.
• Take responsibility for the Balance Sheet and P&L reporting of your cluster.
• Liaise with (senior) stakeholders like commercial teams, treasury, tax and group finance
• Monitor and coach the Shared Services team
• Regular cash flow forecasting for the group
• Own the month end close process.
• Responsible with your team for tax and statutory compliance and reporting.
• Oversee the relationship with the external auditor.

The Senior Manager financial control will be reporting into the Head of Control Europe.

You will receive a lot of responsibility; therefore, we do ask that you bring multiple years of progressive experience within a finance position and a master’s degree in finance or accountancy. A professional qualification (“Bilanzbuchhalter”) and experience in a big-4 audit company would be a big plus.

In order to directly contribute to the structuring and optimization of the processes, work experience with SAP (S4) is a big pre.
