Sitting within Finance, this role will lead the improvement and optimisation of the core Financial Systems landscape and Cloud ERP solution. Together with senior stakeholders in Finance and Operations, you will develop and deliver the Financial Systems roadmap, focusing on building out core processes R2R, P2P, O2C, and driving system improvements with a focus on scalability.

• Take ownership of the new Financial System and Cloud ERP solution
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop the finance systems strategy, define the project pipeline and drive delivery of project improvements
• Set up and improve core Finance and Operations processes, e.g. Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash.
• Build up the ERP and Financial Systems function including optimisation initiatives, System evaluation and selection and Project Portfolio Management and delivery

• Financial Systems Manager or ERP Product Owner with 5+ years’ experience
• Finance background with strong understanding of Finance Accounting & Controlling processes, and wider business processes; R2R, P2P, O2C
• Prior implementation and improvement experience for Cloud ERP systems (e.g. Oracle Netsuite, Workday, SAP S4 Hana FICO, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar)
• Team Lead and People Management experience for ERP or Finance Systems & Transformation Function
• Experience in a fast-paced scaleup business
