We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Manager GBS – Operational Excellence & Business Transformation who will play a pivotal role in steering transitions, operations excellence, training programs to lead and oversee key transformation initiatives within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This leadership role will drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and the successful integration of new business functions while focusing on providing best-in-class training experience, laser focus on automation, process efficiencies, and change management to support the organization’s global growth objectives.
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide unified leadership and functional oversight across critical business functions, including Quote, Product Data and Supplier Ops.
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
Transformation & Transition Management:
- Lead global transformation initiatives, managing the integration of new processes, tools, and functions into the GBS framework.
- Serve as the single point of contact for transitions, ensuring seamless collaboration with US and regional teams.
- Develop and execute robust transition plans to ensure smooth onboarding of new functions and processes.
Operational Excellence:
- Streamline operations across business support functions to improve SLAs, reduce turnaround times, and enhance productivity.
- Design scalable processes to accommodate growing business demands and expansion initiatives.
Automation & Innovation:
- Identify and drive automation opportunities to optimize workflows and improve cost efficiency.
- Work closely in partnership with Technology leaders to foster collaboration and ensure successful implementation of tools and technologies in the roadmap for GBS.
- Leverage digital tools and technologies to transform and modernize business operations.
Training & Upskilling:
- Develop and manage comprehensive training programs, including onboarding new processes, refresher sessions for ongoing operations, and upskilling teams on emerging technologies.
- Ensure the GCC achieves autonomous handling of complex operations through targeted skill development.
Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts during transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining business continuity.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive alignment and smooth adaptation to new initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in Global Business Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading transitions, managing global transformation projects, and implementing process improvements.
- Strong experience in training and upskilling teams, with a focus on digital tools and automation.
- Expertise in operational efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively and maintain business continuity during complex transitions.
