The Global HR Shared Service Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the operations of the global HR shared services function. This role involves providing strategic direction, managing service delivery, and ensuring the effective execution of HR processes and services across multiple regions and countries. The Global HR Shared Service Senior Manager works closely with HR leadership, business partners, and stakeholders to drive operational excellence, enhance employee experience, and optimize HR service delivery.

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision and goals for the global HR shared services function, aligned with the overall HR and organizational objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive high performance and employee engagement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and optimize HR shared service processes, policies, and standards to drive operational efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR shared service metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of HR technology solutions and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance self-service capabilities for employees.
  • Manage end to end employee life cycle including on-boarding for new joiners, confirmation, performance appraisals, grievances, employee relations, and employee separation process for following regions- India, US, UK, Israel, Netherland and Canada.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR shared services, benchmarking against peer organizations and implementing innovative approaches as appropriate.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on complex HR matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigating HR risks.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to HR process improvements, organizational restructuring, and system implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption.
  • 12-15 years of experience in Global HR Operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Extensive experience in HR shared services or HR operations, with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices, with a focus on shared service delivery models.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing global HR shared services teams and operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR shared services strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in implementing HR technology solutions and optimizing self-service capabilities for employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, manage organizational transformations, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, legal requirements, and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
