The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial processes within the Shared Service Centre. This role involves leading a team, Process Migration, Stabilization, Improvement and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations/Processes.

• Lead and manage a team of professionals involved in financial processes & Operations for Unifeeder, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Review and enhance existing financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
• Implement process improvements and automation to streamline financial workflows.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulation, accounting standards and company policies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors as necessary
• Lead and Manage process migration and other projects as Organization level.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial processes with organizational goals.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
• Identify opportunities for further efficiency gains and implement best practices.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards and well versed with ERP systems, a plus if they have experience with NAV.
• Experience in Process Management, Process mapping, SOP designing.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to improve the performance.

• 7+ years of experience in Managing Finance (accounts payable/receivable processes).
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Detail-oriented and analytical to dive into the details.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups effectively.
• Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, cross-functional teams, and senior management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software, tools, and technologies in the shipping and logistics industry.
• Ability to leverage technology for process improvements.
