The HR Head will be responsible for providing Human Resources leadership for the Baxter Malaysia commercial and Baxter Business Service centre and Vietnam commercial for future KidneyCo.
The incumbent will operate as a trusted advisor & business partner to the members of the senior Management team and will collaborate with business leaders and guide development of HR strategies that attract, develop and retain best talent in the country.
This position will be responsible for leading HR strategy development, Organisation design, diversity & inclusion and talent management strategies that will build a high-performance culture to enable achieving the vision set by the organisation.
Will work closely with HR functional experts in the region and other business partners (e.g., Finance, IT, Manufacturing etc) to deliver solutions and change management plans that drive sustainable business results.
The incumbent will lead the spinoff HR activities including HR function separation, employee transfer.

  • Work with Business Leadership Teams to provide strategic counsel regarding the business’ vision, mission, structure, processes and people; and recommend, design and facilitate implementation of solutions.
  • Act as the focal point to initiate, oversee and participate in the delivery of HR services, including employee relations, compensation administration, performance management, change management, talent management and decision support to deliver consistent services across the organization.
  • Coordinate and build process tools, collateral materials to support organizational design and development initiatives. Leverage work across the HR team to increase uniformity, efficiency and scalability of work.
  • Partner closely with the C&B COE team in designing, implementing and administering competitive, salary, incentive and recognition programs.
  • Work with business leadership team to introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with management staff in order to drive change and enhance overall performance.
  • Adapt and promote best in class practices, foster collaboration across sites, ensure smooth implementations of HR solutions and build the overall capability of the organization.
  • Drive engagement and high performance through culture building initiatives and programs
  • Ensure a culture that reflects the basic principles of Baxter’s shared commitment and Baxter’s Code of Conduct
