• Coaches managers, specialists and provides information, guidance and direction on HR programs, processes and procedures.
• Oversee assigned HR Operations Delivery function including the design, development, implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures to enable a positive employee/candidate experience.
• Drive operational performance and service excellence within the HR Shared Service team and monitors performance of the team against performance/quality standards defined.
• Ensures transparent and timely communication to stakeholders concerning process risk, proposed changes, strategic needs and opportunities to establish best-in-class operations.
• Provides support and guidance to HRBPs, HR COEs, managers and employees on internal procedures and process related to talent management processes, talent acquisition processes, workforce transactions and employee data management, time and attendance, LOA administration, on-boarding and off-boarding, and HR analytics, technology/systems.
