The Senior Manager, HRSS is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services, including but not limited to HR administration, payroll, employee inquiries, and HRIS administration. You will lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Develop and implement HR Shared Services strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives and enhance employee experience.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to HR administration, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee data management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all territories within Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, HR COEs, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and costs are optimized.
- Drive the optimization of HRIS systems and Technology tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex employee inquiries or issues, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of HR Shared Services delivery, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing HR Shared Services operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR Shared Services across multiple countries and regions, with a strong understanding of regional employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a continuous improvement orientation.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools; experience with Workday or other cloud-based HRIS platforms preferred.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills (e.g. Hungarian, French, German) would be advantageous.
