An exciting Senior Manager, IT Governance job has just been made available at the one of our long-term shared services clients. Your role is to support the Head of Security Advisory in safeguarding the shared services IT controls, conduct assessments with the team and advise accordingly.
About The SM, IT Governance Role
This role sits in the shared services’ first line of defence, responsible for supporting the Head of Security Advisory on conducting IT Control Assessments for the organisation’s global offices, ensuring the IT operations are well protected and advise on necessary improvements.
- Coordinate and execute IT control assessments across technology areas, evaluating controls in the Group Office and Business Units within agreed scopes
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to review and address assessment outcomes promptly
- Identify opportunities for enhancing technology and security controls, promoting operational efficiency and mitigating risks
- Support team management in maintaining relationships with key IT stakeholders, staying informed about emerging risk issues and IT landscape changes
- Fulfil other assigned duties periodically to meet operational and specific requirements
- 10 years’ of experience in IT Risk/Audit or Cybersecurity
- Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP and others is a strong advantage
- Experience in large scale enterprise grade complex environments, preferably with leadership experience
- Well versed in latest technology and best practices of IT GRC and cybersecurity trends
- Global and/or regional stakeholder management
