The Senior Manager Nearshore Hub plays a pivotal role to establish and successfully operate the Nearshore Hub for Product Supply North America. We seek a subject matter expert in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Project Management, Distribution & Logistics, or Digital (Systems, Analytics & Master Data) to train local colleagues in the Nearshore Hub on functional specific skills for the North American markets.

  • End-to-End Performance: Ensure that all aspects of the nearshored product supply activities, are optimized to meet business targets and customer expectations
  • Leadership: Act as VACC (Visionary, Architect, Coach and Catalyst) to develop, guide and coach a high-performing team of professionals in the Nearshore hub location, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Support People Development: Collaborate with the Operations Lead Nearshore Hub and NA Capability Home Leads to shape employee development, evaluation, compensation and career path based on skills; foster a diverse and inclusive culture where members share and support each other to build their expertise; help recruit, hire, and onboard new employees , based on work team requirements
  • Capability Building: Support teams to learn in rapid cycles and build capabilities needed to create value for customers and other stakeholders. Support optimal utilization of nearshore resources, help to build a cross-trained, multi-skilled, and pro-active team. Ensure continuous expertise building to manage process and business requirements
  • NA Market Focus: Cultivate NA business acumen and culture within the Nearshore Hub, with a focus on understanding market particularities (customer & consumer behavior, NA current brand portfolio & strategy) and establishing a customer centric mindset
  • Process Excellence: Identify and drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices across teams. Streamline activities by benchmarking with other operations. Stay abreast of supply chain trends and foster a culture of innovation within the team. Drive digitalization, standardization, harmonization, and automation of processes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Nurture collaboration between the Nearshore Hub and U.S. and Canada based teams. Cultivate a cohesive team mindset, regardless of the location of activities
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with multi-functional experience in Manufacturing, External Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Business Planning, Project Management, and Operational Excellence/LEAN
  • Demonstrated VACC skills (Visionary, Architect, Coach and Catalyst) leading teams and multi-functional team collaboration
  • Experience in shared services and/or outsourcing environments
  • Experience in successful organizational transformation and change management initiatives
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, project management, external manufacturing related experience within the Consumer Product, Consumer Health, CPG or OTC industry
  • Detailed knowledge of integrated planning systems functionality, must have working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP/APO preferred
  • Digital mindset and experience in data analytics and automation
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners to concisely influence executive leadership peers
  • Affinity for servant leadership, situational awareness, continual improvement and transparency
  • Passion for driving inclusion, respecting differences, and showing up as authentic best self
  • English fluent, spoken and written
  • Preferred: Spanish fluent, spoken and written
  • Preferred: Greenbelt/Black Belt Certification.
