We’re hiring a Senior Manager for our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director, Finance Shared Services the Senior Manager will lead a team to deliver high quality results to our internal stakeholders and customers. This role provides a great opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills in supporting a team on its journey to operational excellence in the critical Quote to Cash process.
- Lead a team of talented Toasters in pursuit of professional development and operational excellence
- Lead the business process transitions and ensuring it’s success through stakeholder engagement and ensure process Stabilization
- Partner with and influence cross-functional business, sales, product, customer success, finance, risk, technical teams to identify, develop, manage, and execute opportunity analyses, resolve stakeholder issues and support execution
- Change agent: You have both the empathy and communication skills necessary to drive collaboration, motivate and influence key business leaders and peers
- Support and coach the team through customer interactions by improving on processes and best practices. Readiness to dive into customer escalations to help drive to a resolution.
- 10+ years in an operational role in Shared Services / Global Business Service (GBS) including 8+ years leading a growing multi-layered team
- Experience in transitioning business processes from
- Experience in quote-to-cash processes and managing Contracting , Billing, Cx credits and Collections
- Masters degree in Finance. CA / CMA / CPA or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Hands on experience with Zuora, Salesforce and NetSuite
- Strong written and oral presentation skills; ability to communicate and present to senior management
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with analytical prowess
- Experience and exposure in the execution and Review of SOX controls
- Coordination with Internal and Group Auditors
- Experience in contributing and Implementing Process Improvements, Process Automations through RPA, Driven process transformation programs / initiatives in order to improve process efficiency and quality
