We are seeking an experienced Manager of Integration to play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth strategy through strategic acquisitions. This position reports directly to the Director of Integration and will be responsible for leading the integration of medical group acquisitions by integrating entities into both operational and shared service processes.

  • Integration Planning: Develop comprehensive cross-functional integration plans for acquired businesses and lead post-deal planning.
  • Integration Execution: Drive the back-end execution of M&A transactions to full integration including integration due diligence, strategy, planning and execution and partner closely with the M&A, business and functional leaders to create value from M&A. Meet or exceed operational targets in terms of timing and retention.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, legal, finance, HR operations, and other relevant teams, to ensure alignment and execution of integration activities.
  • M&A Integration Continuous Improvement: Continue to improve the company’s M&A integration approach in alignment with overall business objectives and the evolution of our operations.
  • Change Management: Drive change management approach and build communications infrastructure to efficiently and consistently manage employee experience through integrations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate M&A. Preferably within Healthcare Services.
  • Strong analytical acumen with demonstrated experience in financial and operational analysis.
  • Deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators and experience working with operational healthcare data sources.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
