The Senior Manager, People Services will lead HR processes that support the delivery of the employee value proposition and business strategy, enabled by leading HR systems and tools.
The Senior People Services Manager will operationalize relevant processes and lead the design, implementation and automation of both new HR processes and systems, as well as significant improvement projects.
This role will oversee the EMEA People Services team and steer the department through a period of high growth to maturity. You will also focus on Process Improvement & Transformation and make sure there is a continued success of the EMEA People Service team managing a team of 9.
- Finished relevant bachelor or Masters degree
- Multiple years of managerial experience within HR Shared services or People Operations
- Experience with managing decentralised teams across multiple countries in a Corporate Matrix structure
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with HR Tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly and efficiently, prioritizing a varied workload with multiple stakeholders and shifting demands.
