This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of performance management systems and processes to enhance employees’ performance. This role involves working in close collaboration with regional/local HR teams for consistent implementation of and compliance with DP World’s global performance management process. It also requires a deep understanding of the global performance system, iTalent Performance, to be able to administer it, train and support as needed.
Manage performance management cycle
- Fully understand the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year evaluation, annual evaluation, ratings calibration, and Performance Improvement Plan), process, timelines, system, stakeholders and activities.
- Prepare and communicate goal setting, mid-year evaluation, annual evaluation, calibration, and PIP timelines.
- Publish goal and performance documents in iTalent Performance and calibration module as and when needed.
- Complete back-end upload of bulk goals, functional and regional goals in iTalent.
- Conduct trainings on performance management process and system administration on a regular basis.
- Prepare all system generated reminders to employees and liaise with functional IT team to send them.
- Monitor completion of performance activities and follow up with the respective regional HR teams.
- Review and report compliance with performance management guidelines (Min Max Goals, Min Max Weightage, etc.)
- Ensure governance and administer performance user access roles.
- Serve as a liaison between Global and Regional HR on performance-related matters.
Performance management reporting and dashboards
- Prepare global reports and dashboards
- Share reports and dashboards with regions
- Follow up with HR to close any employee data gap
- Check dashboards data accuracy and consistency with performance reports, identify gaps and address them.
- Liaise with IT and HR experts to address data issues.
- Test the performance workflows and performance reports, identify, and address the gaps in the report.
- Monitor and track progress towards performance management activities, provide regular updates to senior management.
- Analyse performance management data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
Performance management service management
- Administer ServiceNow (ticketing portal)
- Record and maintain the list of performance issues and tickets raised, ensure all necessary information is reported by the regional or local team
- Ensure timely resolution within the agreed Service Level
- Prepare reports and dashboards for all performance tickets raised
- Collect feedback on performance service levels
OTHER
- Always act as an ambassador for DP World when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Flexibility to work additional hours if needed

- Internal:

- You will work alongside Group performance & productivity team.
- You will communicate and partner with the regions and BU HR teams and employees with performance issues.
Education
- Graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- Have a minimum of 6 years’ strong experience in a global organization, managing performance.
- Have a strong understanding of performance management systems, process and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and performance management tools.
