Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a seasoned and highly organized professional to serve as the Chief of Staff to the India Global Business Services (GBS) Leader of the Hyderabad Capability Center. This individual contributor role is critical in supporting the leadership team by driving strategic programs, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Site Leader to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals for the Hyderabad site.
- Program Management: Lead the execution of high-priority programs and initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and success metrics are met.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the performance of the Hyderabad Capability Center and Global Business Services operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the Site Leader and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Represent the site leader in meetings where not present
- Meeting & Event Management: Coordinate and manage leadership team meetings, offsites, and workshops, ensuring agendas are focused and actionable outcomes are achieved.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards to support decision-making and communicate progress on key initiatives.
- Advisory Role: Provide thought leadership and advice to the Site Leader, contributing to strategic discussions and problem-solving efforts.
- MBA or equivalent degree required.
- 8-12+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, or a similar role, preferably in a Big 4, Top multinational organization, Top Tech firms.
- Exceptional program, project management and presentation skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in driving change management and fostering a culture of innovation is a plus.
