We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead our Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across all operations that fall under shared services. This role, based in India with a strong preference for Pune, will report to the Ops Excellence and Site Director and will have global responsibilities.

  • Lead and drive the Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement agenda within the Global Shared Services organization.
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and deploy CI strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in shared services. Hand-Holding and Operational Support:
  • Collaborate closely with Operations teams in shared services to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to Operations teams, assisting them in implementing CI initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Lean Six Sigma and other CI tools to ensure teams have the necessary skills. Project Management:
  • Manage CI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals. General Business

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams within shared services to implement process changes and improvements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CI initiatives within shared services.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on CI activities and outcomes to senior leadership. Change Management:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support CI initiatives in shared services.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Engage and motivate team members to embrace CI practices and methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus. Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in process excellence and continuous improvement within a shared services or similar global organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading CI initiatives and driving process improvements.
  • Knowledge of finance transformation will be highly preferred. Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing complex, crossfunctional projects.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision making.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools, such as MS Office and project management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
