The Senior Manager – Procurement Transformation role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful transition and continuous improvement of procurement processes at Flutter Entertainment India (FEI)

Ongoing Implementation and Optimization:

• Oversee the enhancement of services that are already live within FEI.
• Ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in procurement processes.
• Planning site visits (Group, UK&I, International, Cluj etc.) for key FEI Team leads and Procurement Director

New Build and Service Implementation:

• Manage the planning, development, and implementation of new procurement services.
• Coordinate with global teams to align new services with Flutter’s overall procurement strategies.
• Reworking Group and Divisional procurement team meeting structures and planning processes to ensure appropriate FEI team members are bought into relevant Group and Division team meetings, planning reviews, category reviews, ESG and SRPM frameworks etc.
• Ensuring alignment with the Coupa implementation pillar of the overall Procurement Transformation Programme

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Act as the primary liaison between FEI and other Flutter divisions.
• Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure that procurement initiatives are well-supported and understood across the organization.
• Engage with the business effectively to gather requirements, communicate changes, and align processes with business needs.

Training and Support:

• Develop and oversee training programs for new and existing procurement staff within FEI.
• Support teams in adapting to new processes and technologies.

Governance and Compliance:

• Establish and maintain governance structures to support procurement operations.
• Ensure compliance with both local and global procurement policies.

• 8 years procurement experience and knowledge of key procurement processes and structures – including both Sourcing and Supplier onboarding and Risk Management
• Project management / workstream lead experience – ideally in transitioning processes to a Shared Service Centre
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, crucial for engaging with diverse business units and ensuring alignment.
• Strong ability to adapt and integrate into diverse cultural environments, reflecting Flutter’s corporate culture.
