• Provide strategic vision and leadership for the APAC finance shared service center, synchronizing and streamlining decentralized processes to enhance the shared services model.
• Manage the migration of accounting activities to Malaysia.
• Demonstrate strong people management skills, ensuring talent retention under a sustainable turnover rate.
• Develop and refine KPIs, enhancing performance tracking dashboards.
• Navigate complex business environments across APAC, addressing challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in shared service centers
• People management experience is crucial
