The Senior Manager, Sales Coordination Americas provides leadership to the operational Sales Coordination Americas.

• Directly manage 8-10 team members while overseeing other team members of Sales Coordination Americas
• Collaborate with Sales & other internal teams to fulfill the Quote-To-Order cycle
• Responsible for ensuring Sales Coordination processes are regularly reviewed & improved to support the varying needs of the business.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is high, & that all customer concerns are resolved promptly.
• Aligns with Sales to ensure the team supports the needs & help needed of the Sales & Marketing team.
• Leads & participates in projects/initiatives to pursue process & business excellence. Assures that stakeholders are kept informed & all risks are assessed.
• Responsible for people management, i.e. performance management, recruiting, hiring, & personnel development in the team.
• Aligns with other business partners like Sales, Customer Care & Supply Chain, Service Solutions, CRM, & E-Commerce, among others.
• Responsible for Sales Coordination strategy development.

• Master’s Degree in Business or Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in people management & people development in a shared services environment
• Solid experience in people management.
• Experience in setting up or managing strategic teams
• Customer focus with strong leadership skills
• Profound understanding of ERP systems and customer relationship management software (i.e. SAP and SalesForce.com)
• Advanced communication skills
• Professional English skills
• Willingness and experience to work the NA shift
