As part of our HR technology team within our People Advisory Services in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart or Munich, you will advise our clients on all topics relating to HR technologies and innovative HR solutions.

• Professional and technical advice to national and international companies regarding the implementation of SAP EC Payroll and time tracking as well as the setting up of a shared service center
• Participation in the full implementation of innovative HR technology solutions, including strategy, roadmap, HR transformation, architecture, integration, implementation and operations
• Independent control and management of project teams as well as support and motivation of team members
• Taking on strategic go-to-market activities and actively managing our clients in the SAP HR environment

• Several years of professional experience in consulting and project implementation with a focus on payroll and time management, HR strategy and transformation as well as roadmaps
• Experience implementing and working with SAP EC Payroll and Time Tracking solutions
• Sound knowledge of project management and team leadership
• Analytical skills and a precise way of working
• Empathetic personality with clear goals, a high level of customer orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Very good communication skills in German and English
