We’re currently looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition professional to lead the team in EMEA and this based out of our newly created Global Shared Service Center in Krakow, Poland.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract the best talent to Huntsman.
You will have the opportunity to develop your ideas and bring proactive/state of the art initiatives to the team to drive a high performance culture and promote the benefits of the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise to the business.
- Essential responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Design and implement solutions and provide thought leadership to address Talent Acquisition challenges and improvement needs aligning with other regions
- Work together with our Huntsman TA branding guru on the EVP for EMEA
- In line with global guidelines use reporting and metrics to provide the most effective internal & external recruitment & selection services throughout the EMEA region
- Lead, develop and provide direction to the EMEA regional Talent Acquisition team to have them perform at their highest potential
- Train local HR business partners and hiring managers on the best methods for candidate evaluation
- Plan & execute annual Talent Sourcing activities based on the Talent Sourcing Strategy to ensure an effective talent supply, starting with a pro-active workforce planning
- Promote alternative/innovative recruitment and sourcing channels in the region in order to drive a high quality, time and cost-effective recruitment process
- Act as a key point of contact for the HR leadership team on issues involving TA across the EMEA region
- Be the prime TA Consultant and support the recruitment of all senior level hires
- Develop with team the internship as well as graduate talent pool looking at ROI in terms of future graduate events/programmes
- Provide insight into the European Labor Market Intelligence and share best practices regarding competitors or major players in the different countries and markets
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years successful recruitment experience with at least 3+ years leading and managing multicultural TA teams defining and implementing recruitment strategies
- Excellent track record recruiting in a corporate matrix environment with senior level/executive recruitment experience at European wide or global level
- Combination of Headhunter/Agency Consultant with inhouse HR generalist/ Talent Acquisition experience and knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English a must with other languages being a plus
