As the Senior Manager – Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our target HR operating model by driving our People Shared Services Center (SSC) journey and Global Harmonisation Program. You will enhance global harmonization efforts within the SE People Team and across our local markets (North America, Europe, APAC), and take ownership of key people harmonization and implementation projects.
Lead Global Harmonization Efforts:
- Oversee the rollout of the harmonization/transformation roadmap and support the Transformation Lead in program management activities.
- Drive the enhancement of global harmonization efforts, ensuring alignment and coordinated efforts across local markets.
Project Management
- Take end-to-end ownership of People SSC rollout for specific functional areas and/or geographies in cooperation with the wider Transformation team and local markets.
- Manage project execution, resource planning, and drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the transformation program.
Coordination And Collaboration
- Coordinate key work streams across governance, process, performance, change (communications/training), and systems, ensuring proper governance and reporting.
- Foster collaboration between local markets and People Teams, ensuring alignment and coordinated efforts.
Change Management
- Implement change management strategies, securing buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute communication plans to support transformation initiatives.
Strategic Planning
- Build and enhance the blueprint for future transformation initiatives.
- Report to the Transformation Lead within the People Operations department.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in project management and change management within a global HR environment (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Experience with SSC Transformation in a multinational company is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record in planning, developing, and executing projects for People teams at multinational companies.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic mindset with a clear focus on execution.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities successfully to meet deadlines.
- Analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making and continuous measurement of success.
- Proficiency in coordinating key work streams across governance, process, performance, change (communications/training), and systems.
- Strong change management skills, including developing and implementing communication strategies.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Project management and/or change management certification is a plus.
Language
- Fluency in English is essential to the role.
