On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, Procom is looking for a Senior Manager – WM Business Risk & Reporting.

• As a Senior Manager, Business Risk and Reporting, you will provide expertise, advice, and counsel to senior management to enhance our ability to anticipate and manage business risk effectively
• You will oversee the strategic and tactical design and guidelines for WM Operational Risk & Shared Services programs including operational risk events (OREs), risk appetite, key risk indicator, risk reporting and risk and control assessment.
• Manage team of 7, head a shared services group of risk data and reporting specialists
• Reporting to the Senior Director, manage a team of 7, who process risk events, prepare KRIs, manage Tableau dashboards of bank’s risk data, prepare monthly and quarterly risk reports for Sr Executives etc.

• University degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in leading operational risk practices, audit, or compliance functions
• Ability to lead and manage a team of 7 reporting managers/Senior Analysts
• Strong problem solving, analytical, research, and quantitative skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to present information effectively
• Ability to deal effectively with senior managers and multiple stakeholders
• People management experience
• Extremely proficient in English and able to write risk reports and commentary for Senior Executive consumption
