Our EMEA marketing team is looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager, who will focus on strategising and executing campaigns and promotions across EMEA in multiple languages to generate demand in target market segments. This role will also have a primary focus in, planning, execution, maintenance, and optimisation of the integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with the global and regional marketing teams as well as cross functional teams in particular Product Marketing. A strong understanding of the different disciplines within Marketing coupled with experience in Large Enterprise B2B is essential.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies tailored to the EMEA market, aligning with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the regional marketing teams to create and manage integrated campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and partnerships.
- Identify and target key customer segments through market research and segmentation analysis.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from strategy, conceptualisation, execution, monitoring, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Analyse user behaviour and engagement data to refine marketing strategies, optimise conversion funnels, and increase customer retention.
- Explore and implement innovative growth tactics, A/B testing, and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand visibility and reach.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop campaign enablement and briefing documents, run regular briefing sessions aligned with the campaign calendar with the field, SDR and Sales teams, report on effectiveness and results of campaigns
- Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to senior management on campaign performance, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Leverage and adapt various martech stacks in campaign design, execution and optimisation
- Native French or German speaker.
- 9+ years’ work experience in technology, preferable with cybersecurity tech or SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree desireable, or MBA preferably with marketing, communications, or business management
- Experience running campaigns across EMEA in multiple languages
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and channels (web, social,SEM, display, content syndication, retargeting, webinar, email, mobile, community) including marketing automation capabilities and how to utilise them to engage target persona to drive inbound marketing
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to extract insights and optimise campaigns (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation tools).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to think strategically, prioritise tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Tech savvy and proficient in Google Suite. Knowledge of SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, and other MarTech stack, especially ABM/ABX related tools.
- Experience in extensive interaction with sales and field marketing teams, working cross-functionally in a diverse EMEA environment.
- Experience in operating in a shared service (CoE) environment for digital and marketing automation execution
- Accountable for driving results with data and insights, with proven track record driving demand generation and growth.
- Ability to project and program management with exceptional organisation skills that meets or exceeds goals, timelines, and budget.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to changing priorities.
