This role is critical in assisting the Global Head of Payroll to transition the existing payroll processed into the DBS in Dyson.
- Manage business operations, both payroll and employee administration across all supported locations and service delivery according to signed-off SOPs, agreed KPIs and quality targets.
- Coach and motivate diverse and highly skilled team members to optimize team effectiveness and enhance team interactions.
- Conduct team performance evaluations assessed against industry standards of speed and cost.
- Interface with the global and regional leadership teams to develop Payroll and Employee Administration processes/systems and ensure standardization globally.
- Build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
- Work closely with the payroll bureaus to provide an effective support for Dyson employees in payroll related matters.
- Contribute to the implementation of the DBS Employee Services strategy for the Region and translate them to the specific activities, plans and projects.
- University diploma (preferred Accounting/Finance/Economy)
- Previous Managerial experience min 3 years in a similar role
- Strong background in Payroll service delivery, Employee Administration and Finance/HR shared services
- Commitment to service excellence, process improvements and automation
- Demonstrated working knowledge of ERP and Time & Attendance modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Service minded with a pro-active attitude.
- Strong attention to details
- Previous experience of Workday, SAP and Blackline tool is preferable.
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Fluent in English, Spanish will be an asset.
