Our client is a renowned player within the Services industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for Senior Payroll Manager (APAC) to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
- Operational Efficiency: Supervise budget management, ensure adherence to service level agreements, streamline resource utilization, drive operational enhancements, and maintain cost-effectiveness to achieve performance objectives.
- Service Optimization: Formulate and execute strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively manage expectations within the Payroll & HR Data domain.
- Process Standardization: Advance the alignment of internal procedures, establish consistent service practices and country-specific processes, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and audit criteria.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and apply feedback to improve services, implement strategic resource management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in payroll management across the APAC region is essential, ideally within a shared services or regional hub environment. Additional expertise in HR data management is considered a valuable asset.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong people management skills with a demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively.
- Experience in process improvement projects and a track record of driving operational efficiency.
