We are a strategic partner for delivering a full range of basic to complex processes from our eight delivery centers across South Africa, employing 4000+ people.
To lead the procurement operations within our clients Shared Services Operations. The Senior Group Manager is responsible for strategy and performance of Procurement Operations (including delivering on Transformation and RPA/Digital initiatives), as well as leading the Procurement Operations team.
This is the Lead position in Procurement Operations. The incumbent is expected to have 15 – 20 years of Process, Domain and relevant industry experience, specifically in the areas such as Source to Pay, Finance and Accounting Process Management.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience, specifically in the areas such as Source to Pay and Finance Process Management.
- Must have worked in a Client facing environment and in a Senior Leadership role for at least 10 years ERP implementation
- Process improvement experience (Six Sigma, Agile exposure)
- Knowledge of Procurement technology platforms and systems
- Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes in captive / client environment.
- Very good exposure to ERP implementation / environment as a user; especially SAP and Ariba
- Expertise to include, amongst others Source-to-Pay, Master Data Management, Reporting, Analytics, Sourcing, Market Intelligence.
- Management of outsourced procurement and finance and accounting services
- Data driven action orientation, with strong reporting, data analysis, presentation skills, and organizational abilities
Preferred:
- Knowledge of project and program management
- ERP implementation experience
- Process improvement experience / Certification
- Good knowledge of technology platforms and systems
- Consensus building skills
