As a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) you will take on independent, reliable advice and operational implementation in internal and external national and international projects, including assuming responsibility as (partial) project management in collaboration with customers (on-site and virtually).

• Project planning and management: You are responsible for the entire project management, from planning through implementation to completion.
• Resource management: You ensure efficient planning of budget, personnel and other resources.
• Stakeholder management: You are responsible for communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that goals are achieved.
• Risk management: You identify and assess potential risks, develop and implement risk reduction measures.
• Quality management: You ensure that projects are completed within the specified time, budget and quality framework.
• Reporting: You report regularly to customers and the project team and prepare progress reports and KPI analyses.
• Coaching and mentoring: You lead and support younger consultants and promote project management skills in the company.
• You act as a sales channel for shared services to offer additional services and open up new business opportunities

• Education: You have completed a master’s degree in business administration, business informatics, a similar subject or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: You have many years of experience in project management in international and multicultural projects, ideally in a management position or in complex and strategic projects.
• Certifications: Certificates in project management methods (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) are an advantage.
• Competencies: You have excellent knowledge of agile and classic project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Waterfall).
• Soft skills: You stand out for your communication skills and your leadership and negotiation skills and you have the ability to prioritize complex projects and complete them on time.
• Technical knowledge: You are proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello or comparable systems and have extensive experience in virtual collaboration (e.g. MS Teams, Conceptboard).
• Language skills: Your German and English skills are business fluent
• You enjoy business trips, but virtual project management is also a part of your everyday work.
