The Senior Project Manager will own shared service project management for PRADA and Miu Miu North America including but not limited to planning, and managing activities of designated projects to ensure that the goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within designated time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties.

• Reviews project proposal and determines or confirms time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
• Reviews work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and determines recruitment or assignment of project personnel in alignment with the Technical Leadership Team.
• Outlines work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project team (architect, engineers, suppliers, contractors, etc).
• Supports in controlling activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Prepares project reports for review by the Technical Leadership Team
• Provides aesthetic direction and resolves technical problems.
• Responsible for compliance with all government regulatory or other governmental agencies and directs project team to resolve possible conflicts and/or concerns.
