- In your new role as Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) Shared Services Transitions and Transformations, you will lead and manage transition / transformation activities (including relocation projects in shared service centers) at different company levels, including project setup (e.g. business case, project plan, project organization and reporting, quality gates, escalation and stakeholder management)
- You are responsible for the development of concepts and their implementation with a focus on relocating activities to our shared service centers, together with our customers.
- As part of projects, you will take over the management of (sub-)projects, provide technical support to colleagues and actively use your extensive network.
- As the main contact for our customers, you manage expectations and ensure transparency in communication with all stakeholders. Your range of tasks includes preparation and follow-up, moderation and presentation of project status and results in the relevant committees.
- You advise customers/business partners and shared service centers on the standardization, harmonization, automation of processes and the improvement/optimization of service, quality and costs.
- An essential part of your tasks is the actual recording of the processes, implementation (including the relocation of tasks to our shared service centers) and performance controlling (time, quality and costs) and the regular review of project progress.
- Your tasks include the careful execution and control of analyses (e.g. process analyses, business transactions), the planning and monitoring of project contents and deadlines as well as the collection and structuring of essential information and data.
- You ensure compliance with required methods, guidelines and binding specifications of the governance owners.
- You identify and analyze potential risks, develop problem-solving approaches and oversee their implementation. You carry out escalation and stakeholder management in a factual and goal-oriented manner.
- You are responsible for the conception and coordination of national and international communication activities.
- You act as a sales channel for shared services to offer additional services and open up new business opportunities.
- The basis of your success is a completed master’s degree in economics, a similar subject or a comparable qualification.
- You have many years of experience in the shared service environment and in international project management, particularly in the area of transition / relocation of activities from customer organizations to shared service centers.
- You are distinguished by proven project successes and references in the area of shared services and the implementation of relocation projects.
- You are decisive, creative, result- and customer-oriented, show initiative, and manage and motivate the team.
- Your excellent analytical and conceptual skills to understand complex relationships and translate them into clear action plans distinguish you as an experienced project manager.
- You have experience in people management / stakeholder management (customers, suppliers, managers and colleagues), especially in interacting with customer representatives and solving problems.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate with management and the project team on an equal level.
- You have in-depth knowledge of common classic and agile project management methods and tools and know how to apply them in both personal and virtual work environments.
- Certifications (e.g. Lean Mgr., Black Belt, QM Mgr., PMI, Scrum Master) are desirable.
- You enjoy business trips and virtual project management is part of your everyday work.
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
