We are looking for authentic IT lovers who want to share their passion with us, are looking for demanding IT challenges and want to shape Germany’s IT. The Shared Service Management (SSM) department is responsible for the overall planning and control of the provision of shared service delivery and acts as the central interface to the internal client. The Lead Service Solution Management department ensures the continuous, contractually compliant provision of services in regular technical operations and is responsible for the overall control of complex IT solutions in the sense of comprehensive service management.
- Technical management of teams for service provision in the assigned IT service solutions
- Responsibility for the contractually compliant performance of IT services and solutions
- Ensuring operational cooperation with other areas and other BWI units
- Taking over the management of assigned functional and customer-specific IT services and solutions
- Ensuring consistent IT service and solution reporting
- further development of IT service solutions
- Completed studies or comparable training
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in the specified tasks and in IT service management, ideally in the public sector
- Expertise in project management and agile working methods
- Knowledge of common IT technologies and infrastructures and, ideally, business knowledge
- Good knowledge of ITIL, ideally with certification
- Assertiveness, analytical and goal-oriented working style, ability to work in a team and a strong customer and performance orientation
