- Provide clinical and strategic expertise that facilitates Supply Chain initiatives, while continuously improving quality, safety and satisfaction, through clinical engagement.
- Facilitate a system-wide value analysis/New Product Request (NPR) process with the goal of providing high quality, patient-centered and cost-effective products.
- Review Product Spend Categories (PSCs) to identify opportunities for standardization, SKU reduction and contract compliance.
- Research and advise on product substitutions in the event of product backorder/recall.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or another related field of study
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Active “Valid” RN License in the State in which you reside
- Master’s degree in Nursing
- 10+ years of Nursing experience in a Peri-Operative Specialty
- 10 + years experience in appropriate service segment, function, or area of focus
- Coursework/Training: Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement
- Coursework/Training: Project Management
